Deactivate or delete your account

Temporary deactivation hides your profile and listings and signs you out. Your data is kept and you can reactivate here using your email or username and password. Resolve active transactions and disputes first. Membership billing is unchanged.

For deletion, you have 72 hours to cancel here. After that, self-service cancellation closes. Once billing, transactions and disputes are resolved, the account enters a restricted 30-day recovery archive. Only the Site Owner or authorized support can restore it during that period. After the archive expires, personal profile data is permanently erased. Limited transaction, dispute and audit records remain.

Pending offers are withdrawn when you deactivate or request deletion. Reactivation does not restore those offers. Membership cancellation and saved-card cleanup occur when permanent deletion is processed.
